Whilst you were at my house, I had made up my mind I would appoint you plus I got the thumbs up from my friends. Of course, it remains a difficult time for me but the actual day for Paul was made all the easier as you headed up the service. So many friends and family expressed what a lovely event, sensitive and moving, in fact, I was told there was hardly a dry eye in the house. I know that you never met him, but some have said it sounded as if you knew Paul! There were so many little connections that helped make Paul’s service special and memorable for me.
